Post up some of your local trails you ride!!!!!

These are are older from my old bike with friends but I'll take some new shots once I get the WR straightened out.

Here are some pics and vids of the local area right out my front door with my old trusty pig DRZ I had

I didn't think you could get to the bowl anymore?
These are some trails I play on close to home on 269 just off morgan rd.

Yup you can go out to the bowl or at least I haven't had any issues nor have any of my other riding buddies this year. Seen plenty of folks out there. I think during hunting season would be a big no (for obvious reasons of course).

Nice pics! That man made damn picture is pretty cool!

Ah I know right where that is. Used to go out there with some 4x4 buddies years ago.

Someone has cut a wicked hare scramble course out there. Juat before the second set of RR tracks on the right. It looks like a loging road from the street but after you top the hill it gets tight and hairy! Well worth checking out if you like a challange. My last pic is us taking a break on it.

Nice I'll have to check it out.

BTW are you on the stock Bridgestone Trailwings? Those things almost killed me when I had my DRZ!!!

What's the best way to get out to these trails? I get my bike back from fast lap early next week and I'm looking for somewhere close to test it out before the Tree Farm race next Saturday.
Thanks!!!

It's been a while since I've been out there but I think this will get you there if it's the same spot yamhamer is talking about...

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=elvira+road,+alabama&sll=34.994004,-90.74707&sspn=17.962197,28.168945&ie=UTF8&ll=33.314535,-86.876707&spn=0.035863,0.055017&t=h&z=14&iwloc=A

You can get to it off Morgan Road/Hwy 52. Not entirely sure if this is the same spot he's talking about. I need to go ride out there. Looks like tons more trails and stuff has been added since I have been out there 10 years ago or so.

Not sure if its private land or hunting club or what. Were there any gates or signs up yamahamer?

Not running the Bridgestone Trailwings I got metzler karoo's "awsome tire"

If you take south shades crest to morgan, turn left on morgan it's county rd. 269 on your left just a couple miles down morgan. "It's elvira rd. on google"
The gates are open at the end of the road with no sings. I don't think there are any sings at the scramble course but there are some after it. I seen a few people out there even people in jeeps with there kids. I may go back out sunday and play some. I have a 320 mile ride saturday on the road. If it don't kick my tail I will hit a trail!

We will probably be riding Sunday as well so we might go hit this place up since a buddy just bought a used kdx200. Hopefully it won't be real sloppy from all the rain.
